The Cozy Cottage is an updated seasonal home located on a quiet dead-end street. Sit on the porch or in the yard and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The cottage is located just steps from Long Sands Beach! An easy short walk to restaurants, the Long Sands General Store, ice cream and more on Long Beach Ave. A ten minute walk to downtown York Beach which is full of shops, restaurants, brewery, arcade and a zoo. Walk to Long Sands Beach - we are 0.4 miles from the beach, about a 7 minute walk. July/August are 7-day Sat to Sat only rentals. IMPORTANT: You must bring your own linens and towels. Cottage is on a charming unpaved road in a quiet neighborhood of small 1950's vintage seasonal cottages. Walking distance to downtown York Beach which has a zoo, restaurants, penny arcade and fun shops. There is a rolling beach cart and two backpack beach chairs available for your use.
