Walk into a restful and relaxing environment just minutes away from the university town of Davis. From this location, downtown is easily accessible on foot or bicycle. The complement of the modern updated decor is balanced by a blend of vintage furniture. During warmer months, the back yard provides a shaded, quiet area to enjoy. Nopal Studio In The Capay Valley

The Nopal Art Studio is located in a converted barn and features a pullout queen size bed and a sofa, with plenty of floor space for additional camping mats or air mattresses. The kitchen has everything you need, including a full sized electric stove. Bathroom has a clawfoot tub. You will find many of our art projects & musical instruments accenting the space. The lizard mosaic and cactus mural will inspire you to create during your stay. Art supplies and musical instruments available, just ask!

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Cozy Old House

This cozy old house is located in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the busy downtown area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops located here.The Davis food Co-op and the famous Saturday morning farmers market are both with-in walking distance. This house has an updated kitchen with the basic cooking necessities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable bedrooms after relaxing on the rear screened-in porch.
