Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

There are plenty of scenic footpaths from the village that follow the river to the sea.

The house has 3 spacious bedrooms along with a smaller room perfect for a travel cot/ play room for kids. The village has all essential amenities on your doorstep from Otterton mill, kings arms pub and a local shop.

Boathouse - Budleigh Salterton

This is a small annex which is set away from the host’s main house. The annex has recently been refurbished to a high standard to ensure a comfortable stay. The annex has an attached bathroom with hot shower, toilet and sink. This has also recently been revamped. Please note that there is not a kitchen area, but there are some nice restaurants and takeaways not far away which I can direct you to. There is tea/coffee making facilities provided.

You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
