Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

The flat is spacious and bright, with contemporary decor. The Master Bedroom is huge, with a double bed, and accent chair. The second bedroom a good size, with a double bed. The extra large lounge has 3 Sofa's, one of which is a small double sofa bed! The kitchen is fully fitted with standard sized appliances. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms which helps avoid queues for the loo! Our Carpets have just been replaced and are brand new! Please remove shoes.

Welcome to my simple Shirley home which my 16 year old son and I share with our shi tzu, Elmo. Our home has clean and simple decor throughout. There is plenty of street parking and is 15 minute drive from the M42 or 30 minute drive into Birmingham city centre. It's a 15 minute walk to Shirley train station. Situated opposite the river Cole which you can walk along to Sarehole Mill and take about 50 minutes.
