We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance 13ish mins. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Quinns Beach - Studio - Completely Separate Build

Located in a quiet part of OLD Quinns, the studio is light and airy , with plenty of windows to catch fresh sea breezes....leave the windows open and some nights you might even smell the ocean. Even with blockout blinds the sun may not wake you but the birds might ! We have lots of Willy Wagtails & Pink & Grey Galahs. From the deck or the couch , enjoy the glorious views over the Nature Reserve filled with grasstrees. Please note that bookings including children will not be accepted.

Le Cherche-Midi Fremantle Bed & Breakfast

Ideally located in Fremantle in a quiet street, this former shop has been completely renovated and transformed into a guesthouse. Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
