Lockoff basement with private entrance in a log home.Two sliding doors overlooking the Eagle River.My husband and I live in the upper part of the home. The price is set for 2 people if there is a 3rd or 4th person there is a $15.00 charge per person per day. It's set up for 4 guests Max. Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

The Spruce Nest

Stay in a historic home in Old Town Steamboat Springs built 1907. We have added an entry, dining room, master bedroom and bath and powder bath. However, we have kept the original two-story home in tact, similar to the early 1900's. We even used original wood from the walls to accent the exterior. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.
