Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Yallingup Beach Cottage - Malalooka

Literally across the road from pristine Yallingup Beach this unique A-frame cottage with open plan living & huge loft bedroom has a charm and energy that endears itself to everyone. Great for couples, families with young children or just friends. I am sorry, we don't accept Leavers. Please note that all the beds are in the same bedroom! We are open to guests bringing their dog & charge $50 per stay. We reserve the right to refuse pets depending on breed & age. 3 or 4 night min in peak.

The Tree House Dunsborough, by Eden Properties WA, comes fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday Down South, including a spacious kitchen, all linen, a bbq area, deck with ocean views and even gear like bikes, surfboards and fishing rods provided upon request.
