Studio Metta ( Shire approval P220383) is a new cosy, light and bright self contained studio. There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, a great bathroom with high ceilings and a generously sized living area which incorporates a kitchenette and fridge, a sofa, an occasional chair and a small table for dining. Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The house is perfect for entertaining , with tables inside and outside that can accommodate at least 10 people.
