The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

“25 West" downstairs unit. This 2 bedroom 1 bath is just a stones throw from Banks Channel and a very short walk to the ocean and Johnny Mercer's fishing pier. Several restaurants and watering holes within walking distance as well. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. The upstairs unit is 3 bed 2 bath and is available for booking as well.
