Washer and dryer, 2 TVs in bedroom and living room, with sleeper sofa. 10 min from the beach, and everything you need close by, in a quiet neighborhood. The house has a code lock that is changed with each renter so you do not need a key! You will have the code to it along with the Wi-Fi password before you arrive. You have full run of the place.
