Perfect for families, friends & couples, it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living/dining/kitchen area & private balcony with partial side sea view. We have 1 parking space & shared onsite facilities of a heated indoor swimming pool/sauna/gym/games room/EV chargers & a hot outdoor shower for post surf or post sandy walk.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

North Devon: Treetops - Surrounded in Nature

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Outside are private gardens, including sitting area with barbeque and firepit. Shared heated pool.

Shoreline Escape - Saunton Down

Make lasting memories in our cosy beachside annexe, attached to the main house, with sweeping views of Saunton Sands from every room. Ideal for small families who love walking, surfing, and relaxing in the sun. Enjoy use of a shared private pool and explore nearby restaurants and Devon’s stunning beaches. This classic seaside retreat is perfect for unwinding and recharging. The property is shared with friendly owners, happy to assist with any queries. We warmly welcome your lovely pets!

Coach House

The Coach House is a small stone barn conversion nestling peacefully in 35 acres of Cornish countryside at Woodlands Manor Farm. This picturesque cottage has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The downstairs bathroom with shower leads from the entrance hall. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with ‘zip and link’ super king size double or twin beds and Smart TV. The WiFi is super fast broadband.

Cosy dog-friendly cottage near beach, with pool

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

Rye Cottage, North Hill Cottages

North Hill Cottages are just 10 minutes from Barnstaple but you will feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere. Sat on top of ....North Hill, Rye is one of 9 cottages created from traditional stone farm buildings in a beautiful tranquil spot with space to roam. North hill is ideally situated to explore the west and north coasts as well as Exmoor and after all that we have an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court and games room to help you relax and unwind.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

The Look Out- ilfracombe - Private Indoor Pool

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Nestled in a quiet woodland between the two national parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor and close to the award winning beaches of North Devon. A lovely 2-bedroom lodge, which can sleep 6, finished to a high standard with a cosy relaxing vibe. You can settle in and enjoy the amazing views from the upstairs living room and balcony. The outdoor pool is available June-September (1m at its deepest) Please note there is a 2 car maximum at this property
