We are close to several beautiful lakes, historic downtown Mineola and Lindale (home of Miranda Lambert) or just stay home and enjoy front porch sitting to appreciate the stars and trees. We are about a 40 minute drive to Canton (home of the First Monday Trade Days) and about 6 miles from the Amtrak station in Mineola. Three guests fit comfortably, but four guests can be accommodated. Plenty of parking and room for boat trailers. Boat ramp is at the end of peninsula. Views of the lake from three sides since it is on a peninsula. Enjoy the use of our paddle boards, paddle boat and kayaks. Fifteen minutes from Lake Fork!

Included is a nice front porch to enjoy nature and a full kitchen for your convenience. The Cottage is 15 minutes from downtown Lindale, 35 from Canton Trade Days and Tyler. There is a queen bed and 2 nice futons upstairs. There are two space space heaters, extra blankets, and two acs. The Cottage has everything you need.

There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
