This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, canoe, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, fan/heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding/towels provided and propane BBQ. This glamping experience is tucked away in the village of Newburgh. The bunkie is 30 minutes from downtown Kingston, 15 minutes from Napanee, 40 minutes from Picton and an hour from Sandbanks. It is conveniently across the road from the Cataraqui Trail. The well-maintained, beautiful trail is ideal for nature enthusiasts who enjoy hiking, cycling or jogging.
