The cottage has two king size bedrooms and two bathrooms. The option for an additional sofa bed, therefore, can sleep up to six. The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

The Beeches is located in the centre of Witney, walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants and all local amenities. Perfectly situated for visiting all local attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Cotswold wildlife park, Bicester village, Oxford, London and many more. Witney also has a excellent bus service and many taxis also available. The bedroom can be a super king bed or a twin. The downstairs has the use of double sofa bed at a cost of £20 per night . No children under 5 .

Please note: This annex is part of our main residence and is available for short-term lets on an ad hoc basis
