Clappers Farm is a 17th century farmhouse located on a quiet country road on the Hampshire/Berkshire border. Set in 35 acres of its own land then surrounded by further farmland, there are various outbuildings mainly used for stabling . Silchester Brook meanders through the property and attracts wildlife from kingfishers and swallows to deer. There is a huge network of picturesque footpaths and cycle routes accessible from the front gate of the farm. Dogs and horses are welcome.

We have created a serene, spacious and tranquil place in a rural Hampshire Village, with excellent transport links to the South Coast and direct trains to London within 50 minutes, which makes it an ideal location for exploring. Kitchenette has limited facilities but a popular country pub is within a 5 minute walk and offers great Thai and English food. Smart TV, Ethernet and WiFi available.

Hawthorn Barn has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating for the limestone floor and the advantage of a wood burning stove to ensure complete comfort during your visit. Please bring your own kiln dried logs. The Barn is completely separate from the house affording a high degree of privacy. Please note that we are unable to accept children under 16 yrs old.
