River House is across from the Winooski Falls and is part of Burlington's historic mill neighborhood. It's a 10 minute walk to the Winooski Circle which is full of restaurants and activity. Downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain are a 10 min (2 mile) drive away. This unique, arty tiny house features hardwood floors, a small kitchen and bathroom, and a shared outdoor space. There is a queen bed upstairs in the loft and a full sized couch downstairs which can be made up for sleeping.

Relax with the whole family at this refurbished 1800s farmhouse. Re-designed with groups in mind, this newly renovated four bedroom house sleeps ten comfortably. Our space is in a busy Winooski neighborhood 5 mins walking distance to downtown Winooski or a quick 5 minute drive to Burlington. Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.
