This stylish place is perfect for a solo traveller or a couple. It's completely private with private entrance. Kitchenette comes with microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and a selection of teas & coffee. Dining area overlooking the garden has room for two and doubles up as a workspace. Bathroom has a shower unit with hot water. Room comes with electric heaters & extra blankets. Full outdoor gym on site. Additional services (washing machine & full kitchen) are found in the house (shared space).

University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.
