The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. Quaint cottage style 2 bedroom home located in the downtown area of Decatur IN. This home has a master bedroom with a comfortable queen bed that sleeps 2. Blackout curtains and vintage cottage decor. The second bedroom has two plush twin beds that with advanced noticed can be pushed together to make a King bed. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer to do laundry. The private patio is a nice spot to relax in the morning with coffee or to wind down at sunset.

Come enjoy the wide open country space in our quiet and peaceful guesthouse. Although you will be surrounded by solitude you will be just minutes from several towns. Enjoy the quiet of the surrounding fields and woods along with the beauty of the pond year round. The guesthouse is attached to our home but the garage is in between the two so it is very quiet for everyone. You will have your own private entrance.

Whether you are enjoying one of the eateries in Downtown Decatur, taking in a movie or simply having a drink with friends - The Nest provides a great place to stay in the middle of it all. We offer two queen sized beds in the larger of the two bedrooms and a full sized bed in the second bedroom. Large wall mounted televisions in the living room and main bedroom will provide entertainment for our guests.
