Cozy Basement Apartment (With Private Entrance)

Basement apartment featuring a cozy reading nook, washer and dryer, WiFi, and TV with access to all streaming services. Guests have separate entrance on the side of the house and parking in driveway. Perfect for two but can sleep up to three. No AC? Not a problem here! Our basement space stays cool and comfortable all throughout the hot and humid summer days of MN. We also have fans available and we constantly run a dehumidifier to circulate the air and keep away moisture.

Sit around the the fireplace and relax or go for a kayak/or paddle board ride. You will find the kitchen supplied with all the appliances and dishes needed to celebrate together. Roast some marshmallows out in the fire pit of catch a "tale" worthy fish. Whatever you chose you will enjoy your stay here!
