There is a pass thru door between the units with locks on both sides. You get 2 bedrooms, kitchenette/living area, private bath all for the price of hotel room. Off street parking in gravel driveway on right of the home. Easy access to major highways. Pets may be accepted on case by case basis. Property located on gravel street a couple of blocks off blacktop.

Just steps away from Intrust Bank Arena, and a couple blocks from downtown Wichita, you'll be in close proximity to all the features of downtown living. The boxcar is directly behind an event venue, which sometimes doubles as an upscale bar during high capacity arena events. Please do not book this space if noise from a possible event in the venue may bother you. Events may go as late as midnight.

The Cobblers Corner

Located in Historic Delano District our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home away from home has been home to many Wichita Local Shoe Repair Shops for the past 75 plus years. The last time this building homed a Shoe Repair Store was just a year and a half ago and owned and operated by my husband Keith. When he chose to run only one store, this building sat empty for a year. Once I realized this awesome building & location would be a perfect home away for travelers we began designing.
