Our Aggieland retreat is minutes from Texas A&M and has been renovated for your enjoyment. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park or Reed Arena. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

House-O-Blues: First Floor, Walk to A&M, King Beds

Stylish 2 bedroom with King beds in both bedrooms. This place is newly renovated in 2020 with new appliances, and quartz counters. The step-in shower is a real highlight. Located within an easy 8 minute walk to campus, even shorter to Northgate. You can see Kyle Field from the road out front and Downtown Bryan (4 mi) and Santa's Wonderland (12 mi) are just a short trip. This transitioning neighborhood is a colorful blend of Bryan community and Aggies.

Once a working milking barn on the Schehin Dairy Farm, it has been beautifully restored and transformed. The Parkside retreat has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a queen bed in each of the rooms. We have direct access to the Edgewater park, just open the backyard gate and you can enjoy all the amenities our neighborhood park has to offer! Our backyard has plenty of space to enjoy an A&M football game on our back deck and play some cornhole with family and friends! We are also located about 5 miles (10 minute drive) from Kyle Field!
