We have a shared pool and boat dock with two other rentals .. kayaks are available for you to enjoy. The house is not directly on the water but you will have access to a golf cart to get to dock! We are pet friendly.. please select pet fee option at booking … No more than 2 can occupy the property at anytime.

Our spacious brick house is located on the Guntersville side of Arab, AL. We are on 7 beautifully wooded acres of almost private surroundings. Relax in your adorable loft studio apartment. This is the second and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.
