The Pond House, charming country stay

Located in part of South Dakota that offers some of the best hunting. This house has a very nice country setting with spectacular views of water and Sisseton hills. It has 3 bedrooms containing 4 beds, plus a pull out couch and two futons to sleep your whole crew comfortably. There are some nice small town places to eat near by and we also offer the use of our cleaning room for all your hunting needs in Claire city. It does not offer cable/internet giving you time to focus your your company.

Custom- built Barndo at Old 27 Ranch (upper house)

This is a custom built loft house attached to horse barn over looking acres of rolling green pastures. This horse property has been grandfathered into the city limits and has access to all the town has to offer. Yet peaceful, safe estate. Floor to ceiling windows, 2 level decking. Enjoy the views, bike (bike trail near) or walk/hike. Our land wraps around the Lake Opperman (not a sandy bottom lake) Bring your canoes and your books. Located at Pickerel Lake, one of the best clear-water lakes in northeast South Dakota, the apartment above our garage offers guests all-seasons year-round access for fishing, hunting, boating, and water recreation activities on Pickerel Lake and on other area lakes. From a keypadded shared entryway up 16 standard-incline steps to the apartment are two bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, full bath with shower, plus free parking outdoors including area for boat/trailer parking.

Enjoy over 100 feet of level lake shore on Buchanan Lake. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located on over an acre and situated on a dead end road. The lakeside covered deck offers comfortable patio furniture and amazing views of the lake! It is the perfect space to enjoy yourselves at the lake. The city of Ottertail is a highly desired Minnesota vacation spot. The home is a short 2 minute drive away. Ottertail has fun shops, delicious restaurants, and a couple of golf courses.

The Dog House cabin

Great little cabin. Very new, 6 bunk beds, hide a bed sofa, kitchen and bath w/shower washer/dryer. On 3 acres w/heated breezeway for dogs or you can bring them in. Full stove and fridge and is right across the street form the Old Schoolhouse Bar where you can get pizza and drinks and meet local farmers to gain permission to hunt! Base of $90 per night, $30 per person per night for each guest over two. $60 cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.
