It is well-equipped and can host large groups. It is close to Springvale Park, Springvale Shopping Centre, Jubilee Stadium, Springvale Garden Centre, Splash Centre, Virginia Lake, Collegiate School and Whanganui's Mainstreet. Mowhanau Beach is 15 minutes drive.

A beautifully presented TWO bedroom apartment in central Whanganui, close to shops and restaurants. Situated in the iconic Old Central Fire Station building that's been recently renovated adding another bedroom and other changes include the double glazed windows.
