Upstairs also includes two bedrooms and bathrooms with some Victorian-era charm. Relax to 180 degree riverviews on the deck with a propane grill, hammock, table & chairs.

This home is located on one of the best rockfish locations on the Potomac called King Copsico. Fishing species including blue crabs, reddrum, flounder, bass, sea trout and many more.

Cornhole, can jam, horseshoes, hiking, and swimming and tennis at the community pool. That's not all, so just trust us - you will LOVE your time in Montross, Virginia!

Private Getaway at Four Waters

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are located at the point where four waters meet. Use the private beach for relaxation or use the private pier for fishing. The water is 5-6ft deep at the end of the pier and can be used for fishing or crabbing. There are 6 adult kayaks and 4 kids kayaks on site available for your use. The large back deck also features Adirondack chairs and a hot tub. We also have a charcoal grill with utensils on site. Charcoal is not provided.
