Large corral & water trough, add'l fee. Ride out on Snowmobile, Horseback, ATV/Dirt-bike or Mountain Bike with no trailering. Create your own adventure with the bunkhouse as your basecamp. Livingston and Emigrant offer nice dining, breweries, an array of art galleries and other unique shops. Chico's pool is outdoors, wonderfully clean as water is fresh every day.

The upstairs apartment has windows in every room (even the bathroom and walk-in closet), high speed Wi-Fi, a private entrance with a digital lock - self check-in, come and go in privacy. Three blocks to great mountain biking and hiking trails, and three blocks to the historic downtown area with great restaurants, shops, 3 breweries, a distillery, Ice Cream shop, cinema including the Myrna Loy Theatre and the Grand Street Community Theatre. It has a full kitchen for long- or short-term stays.

Bordered by a river and fields. Enjoy view from the deck of this cabin that sleeps 9. 1.5 miles of river to explore. Blackstone griddle and electric grill. Grate at firepit. Cabin has an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, 2 futons, love seat, and dining table. There is no kitchen! It is a coffee area with microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot (regular and pod), disposable dinnerware. Bedroom with queen bed. Loft with 3 twin beds. Bathroom, with shower (attached to the bedroom).

You’re welcome to use the backyard also if you need to leave your dog, there are many doggy daycare centers in the valley.

In winter we are adjacent to miles of snowmobile and cross country ski trails or skiing at Lookout Pass Ski Area.

Elk, deer, turkeys, bald eagles, and an occasional moose have all graced the property frequently. Easy to Missoula and easy to the mountains as well. A clear star studded night sky in the hot tub is spectacular. You will enjoy your stay! Lolo is 11.5 miles east. and Missoula is 22 miles Northeast of vacation rental.

Featuring eclectic tile and custom woodwork in the kitchen and bathroom, new beds, and all the amenities necessary for a relaxing stay in the country, we hope you will enjoy your visit to the beautiful Bitterroot Valley.
