Maritimus Excelsior is a new addition to luxury accommodation in Zakynthos. Newly constructed and finished to the highest standards the property has a number of outstanding feature: Property fronts directly on to sandy Alykes beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, pool deck, loungers, bbq area and gardens Quiet location, yet only a short stroll from the bars and restaurants in Alykes. Private secure parking, Wifi and satellite TV. Apartments are cleaned daily and owners are on hand and happy to help with any advice you need during your stay. Fully equipped kitchen, including washing facilities and Nespresso machine. The entire property sleeps up to 12 people on three floors.  However, it can also be let in two self-contained sections, with separate entrances: Ground floor suite contains one double en-suite room, one twin room and a sofa bed in the lounge/ kitchen area. (sleeps 5 comfortably) Upper floors suite contains three double bedrooms each with their own separate bathrooms. (sleeps 7 comfortably) Alykes is situated a short drive from Zakynthos Airport and is the perfect setting for a quiet getaway in the Ionian Islands. Alykes beach is a safe, shallow Blue Flag beach, with a range of watersports available a short distance down the beach from our property.  Whether you want to travel along the coast visiting hidden beaches and coves, enjoy the fine sea-food and wine of Zakynthos or Vollimes or even if you want to try the bars and clubs of Laganas or Argassi, Alykes is a perfect base to explore the beautiful island of Zakynthos. Daily boat trips leave from the pier beside Maritimus Excelsior for the world-famous Shipwreck Beach and Blue Caves.  We designed this property to create a holiday home that blends well with the natural landscape. Environmentally-friendly materials underpinned the construction and a selection of bright colours were used to reflect the colour of the sea and the Greek sun.  The name Maritimus is inspired by a native plant, the sea daffodil (Pancratium maritimum), a protected species which can be seen growing on Alykes beach.

Standing majestically on top of a hill,' Erietta' offers amazing views to the Ionian Sea. The apartment at the 'Erietta' is spacious, comfortable and gives the sense to the guests that they are at home. The sea, garden, swimming pool as well as the olive trees can be viewed from your veranda. There is also a bar-restaurant on the premises, where you can enjoy many Greek and local dishes. On days that the temperature is not high enough for a swim, our pool temperature can be adjusted up to 28°

Anatoli Apartments are located in Marathias, an area of natural beauty and calmness. Choose one of the six perfectly furnished and decorated apartments, and prepare for the absolute unwinding from everyday life. The complex consists of two buildings; Building A (right) and Building B (left). Both buildings have three levels each and house an apartment on each level. The property is just 20m away from the beautiful deep sea with a diving platform and place to seat on the rocks.

Located in Vasilikos, the Aeolos Villas complex can provide you a perfect getaway with comfort and of course with personality. The Villa can accommodate 6 adults and 3 children. The properties are located within a vast Mediterranean scenery and yet very close to the sea. Offering absolute privacy and great spaces including a beautiful common pool area. All the properties are just 700m away from the famous sandy beach ‘’Ionio’’ while your furry friends are of course welcome.
