Het appartement is geschikt voor 2 volwassenen en maximum 3 kinderen. Omdat de buurt gevoelig is voor geluidsoverlast aanvaarden wij geen groepen. Lakens en bedovertrekken zijn aanwezig. Het appartement heeft een mooi zeezicht. De woonkamer en de keuken bieden 9 meter zeezicht.
