This stylish, 800 sq. ft studio has beautiful views of the Black Hills and is surrounded by national forest. It's a short 10 minute drive to Rapid City on the scenic Rimrock Highway. Amazing hikes and a scenic overlook are a short distance away. There's a private entry to the walk out lower level on a 6 acre lot. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located basement apartment. The Central States Fairground, The Monument Civic Center, downtown Rapid City, and Rushmore Crossing are all within a 10 minute drive. We do have full-time tenants on the property with dogs. Some noise should be expected. The pets have their own dedicated space and contact with the pets should be minimal, if at all. We have one security camera located outside the entrance to the apartment.

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom with a king size bed and a daybed/trundle with two twin mattresses in the common area. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, an apartment size refrigerator, a microwave, a regular coffee pot, and provided dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area and the gas grill outside.
