Newly renovated in 2021 to a luxurious standard with plenty of character, beamed ceilings, bifold doors and stylish furnishings. The property has breathtaking views over the Mendips and the Chew Valley Lakes. There is even a walk down to the lake which is 400 yards away. One well behaved dog is welcome. Southville is a very popular part of Bristol and home to Upfest, which is Europe’s biggest street art festival. The accommodation itself is a self-contained part of our home with its own private entrance. Inside, you’ll find a bright and spacious bedroom with en suite shower room. Directly beneath in the basement is a lounge area with kitchenette.
