Outside is a swimming pool, another build in braai and deck with sun beds. and a full solar panel system is installed. A 9 hole golf course is on estate.

From the covered patio with a built in barbeque you can enjoy amazing views over the Lagoon. The house is well equipped with a laundry & dish washer. We are situated a stones throw away from the popular Friday Island and Kokomo beach bar restaurants and only 1km walk to Langebaan Main Beach.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish place overlooking breathtaking sunset views overlooking the yacht club of Port Owen. We unfortunately are not a pet friendly establishment. We also request that by 10pm there is no more noise in order to make everyone’s stay an enjoyable one.
