The Country Retreat at the historic Schmitz Family Farm is close to many attractions, ideal for couples, families, girls' weekends, extended stays, business travel, and is dog friendly. Enjoy a sunrise or sunset, get cozy at the fireplace, or indulge in the many activities our area has to offer. We feature two beautiful bedrooms, living room with two sleeper sofas (can also be used as a third bedroom, as door closes for privacy), laundry room, full kitchen, coffee nook, quiet deck and backyard.

Elkhart A-Frame, Wooded Retreat near Road America

The Elkhart A-Frame is an ideal location for the adventure seeker who wants a unique and private experience that is still close to all the action. The home sits on a wooded three-acre private retreat only about a mile from the village of Elkhart Lake, Road America, and Golf Courses. This unique cabin was built in the 1970's but has been recently renovated with a fun Scandinavian modern flair. It has all the amenities for a memorable vacation stay that provides plenty of epic photo opportunities.

A beautifully transformed dairybarn turned into a rustic Lodge with all the accommodations. Enjoy a full kitchen and bar filled with a gas fireplace, dart board and pool table. Head upstairs to the basketball court and onto a wraparound deck that over looks acres of wetlands with wildlife A birdwatchers paradise. If you need to detox we have a wood-burning sauna with all the wood and kindling for you to enjoy. We are located 2miles outside historic Cedarburg Wi and 25 minutes north of Milwaukee.

Melt away stress in the hot tub and infrared sauna as you take in peaceful views of the meadow. Explore snowshoe and cross-country ski trails nearby in the scenic Kettle Moraine. Stream your favorite movie on the projector near the fireplace or unwind at SoLu winery, just a minute down the road. Near Road America, Kettle Moraine State Forest, and Dundee.

Shalom House, a Frank Lloyd Wright style design, accommodates 1-12 guests with five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, great room with fireplace, large kitchen, and labyrinth. NEW at Shalom House is WiFi, though the woods is a great place to connect with the world too. Wonderful drinking water and whole house water system. Less than 1 hour from Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, Close to Oshkosh (EAA) and Elkhart Lake. Includes 2 bedrooms, with plush queen beds, 1 full bathroom, Laundry room with washer and dryer. The perfect home for a laid back group of friends, couples or a family to stay with all the comforts of being at home.

Glamping Cabin on Cold SpringTree Farm

Unfortunately we can't accommodate same day bookings as we don't have enough lead time to prep the cabin for your stay. Glamping on a working Christmas tree farm. Beautiful single room stone cabin with loft and wood burning stove. Two small beds in loft and futon on main floor folds out into full bed. Lots of room around to pitch tents as well. Situated on 40 acres of land with a pond, barn with basketball court, creek and Christmas tree fields.
