Based in Pott Row, a quaint Norfolk village, only a few miles from the Royal Sandringham Estate and a 15 minute drive to the coast. All the amenities you'll need on your doorstep: Award-winning butchers, local shops, pubs and restaurants. You are never too far from some of the areas finest attractions.

Cottage in the heart of historic Norfolk

Cornerstone cottage is situated in the heart of the idyllic and historic village of Castle Acre. A great base to explore the gorgeous North Norfolk coastline, the Norfolk Broads and the historic city of Norwich. Cornerstone is homely and has a cosy interior, with comfortable beds, a family bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, dining room, living room with log burner, private courtyard, utility area, garage, travel cot and highchair. Well-behaved dogs welcome - please confirm. HD TV + wifi.

Studio in Georgian townhouse with parking

This is a pleasant light studio in a Georgian townhouse in the centre of historic King's Lynn. You have a shower room and loo and your own kitchen. The bed is a proper size double sofa bed, easy to use. Daytime sofa and bed at night. You have your own front door. Very good wi-fi. It is an easy walk from the rail and bus station. There are great restaurants close by. I want to make your stay enjoyable but I will not be a "hands on" host though we live upstairs and can easily be contacted.

Luxury fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. Separate Bedroom, comfy king size bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower.

Cosy Cottage is a stylish home in the heart of the quaint Norfolk village of Litcham. Our beautifully refurbished house includes a large open Lounge and Dining room with a Log-Burning Stove and period features throughout. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.

Cosy, country village cottage

Alpha Cottages is a cosy traditional country cottage with inglenook fireplace, beams and woodburning stove, in the popular village of Shouldham. It has a large pretty private garden and is dog friendly. The cottage overlooks the village green and village community pub family and pet friendly. The village sits on the edge of Shouldham Warren, a beautiful forest with wonderful woodland trails to walk or cycle. A perfect bolthole for exploring both the country side and coast of Norfolk

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Stable Cottage - rural retreat for 2 in Norfolk

Recently renovated, Stable Cottage is located in the small village of Middleton, West Norfolk. A 20 min drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate and many other attractions. Ideal for couples, golfers, walkers, bird watchers, fishing or working in Kings Lynn. The single level accommodation has a fitted kitchen (with boiling and filtered drinking tap), bathroom with walk-in shower, large lounge with patio door and twin/super king beds. Shared courtyard garden and private parking.

Rose Cottage is just 25 mins from the North Norfolk coast and the stunning beaches at Holkham, Wells and Brancaster; stately homes and gardens such as Sandringham, Holkham and Houghton; and several beautiful nature reserves. Set in 2 acres on the southern edge of the village of Tittleshall, surrounded by farmland, with views across the Nar Valley. There are many pleasant local footpaths, walks and lanes to cycle on the doorstep; with the nearest coastal town of Wells-next-the-sea and the expansive North Norfolk coast just 25 minutes drive away.
