Conveniently located near I-15 and I-84, an hour away from major ski resorts. Great place to stay if passing through or staying awhile.

The Julia is a quaint country cottage built in the 1930s. It is nestled below the Wellsville mountain range in Mendon, Utah. With all the modern amenities, it feels like staying at grandma's house. The cabin is built on our family farm nestled next to a 2 acre apple orchard and spring fed ponds. You can enjoy a stroll through the trees, especially nice in spring when the trees are blooming. Relax next to the ponds while watching the fish swim around or the turtles basking in the sun. The area is great for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds that vary with the seasons. There is no WiFi available at the cabin.

Unique 1 bedroom apartment in Historic Electric Train Depot in Wellsville Utah, Features a quaint kitchen with 12' ceilings on main level, Living space upstairs with split-King size bed and 60" wall mount TV on West end with dormer. Queen Sofa sleeper sleeps 2 with 65" TV on East end with dormer. Twin sofa sleeper sleeps 1. Full Bath right off master bedroom. Small study area in middle. Must be able to do stairs.
