Welcome to our Little Brick House! Built in 1947, this home has a lot of the same charm and characteristics that you would see in a classic Farmhouse. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

If there is one phrase that we would use to describe The Winery Loft, it is “attention to detail.” We spent over a decade building Le Petit Chevalier Vineyards and Farm Winery, and we are thrilled to open this unique experience up to guests! Enjoy a one-bedroom cottage located on a family-owned farm on the outskirts of Minford. We are located within 5 minutes of Rose Valley Animal Park and the White Gravel Mines. For those who enjoy a little drive, there are many state and national parks within an hour. You can also enjoy some farm fresh eggs and hang out with the farm animals during your stay!
