Welcome to your top floor ocean view vacation spot. This studio has all you need for a true vacation. Right across the street from North Beach. During high tide, head over to Hampton Beach, which is just down the road. Condo has a kitchenette, queen bed, and queen-size pull-out sofa. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. There are miles of sandy beach you can walk / jog / bike on or just relax on your oceanfront deck and watch the sunrise. There is an elevator for easy access and a door code so you don’t have to worry about losing keys.
