Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Millie's Cozy Parkside Home

This was our family home for decades. Now we stay here to visit family in Norfolk and provide it to you to do the same! There are bedrooms on the main floor and one bathroom on the main floor with a large walk-in shower. For mobility issues, the front steps would be the only necessary stairs. This is a central location in Norfolk, no more than 5-7 minutes from about anywhere. Located next to Central Park, with playground and a lot of space to run. It is also about one block from a track!
