Cosy Beachfront chalet/studio (20 mt. from beach) on the South East coast of Ireland, fully self contained with well equipped kitchen, shower & w.c. I now have a stove in so it's very cosy for winter stays, I will supply enough fuel to get you going but you will need to buy your own fuel from the local shop!You have uninterrupted views of the Irish Sea, it is a very tranquil setting.Ideally suited for a couple or 2 adults ,if they don't mind sharing a double bed! Lovely relaxing environment, Ample free car parking space.Local shops/pub within 15 mins walking. Close by amenities include Leisure Centre with swimming pool etc. Large town,Gorey, 10 mins drive away with lots of nice places to eat ... Bed linen + towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels. I live above the property if there is a problem or you need anything , but otherwise you will have total privacy ! Safe beach for swimming, One clean, house trained dog is welcome ,but please inform me if you are bringing your dog :)

Extremely private patio garden to rear which has the old town wall as part of its boundary. The patio walls are uplit at night and provide a lovely atmospheric private space to enjoy a glass of wine or just relax. Parking is available nearby in Rowe Street car park €9 per 24 hrs. Caving and archery. those looking for the nature trails we have Tintern abbey, Forth mountain and Kennedy park it is also a fantastic location for Anglers.

SUEDE COTTAGE A Contemporary House on the Beach

Our home has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. The sitting room has a large TV with cable stations, and great WiFi. The log burning stove in the open plan sitting room is great for those cooler evenings. There are sea views from the sitting room, but the best view is had from the terrace of the main bedroom. Downstairs has a double bedroom with wc and wet room shower, upstairs are 2 further double bedrooms and large family bathroom with walk-in power.
