Luxury Year-round Treehouse with private hot tub

The Canopy is one of 5 luxurious tiny homes that make up Littlefield Retreat, a tranquil woodland village of 3 treehouses and 2 hobbit houses – each with its own private hot tub and dock. Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Take it easy in the woods at this cozy, off-grid A frame located in the Sebago Lakes Region. Kick back and relax around the fire while being "away from it all" yet still close by to great restaurants, beaches and more! This cabin is "off grid" and does not have running water or electricity. The space offers solar power that will power all lights, fans as well as charge devices. There is a battery operated pump that gives you potable water out of the sink. A porta potty is on property.

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Mermaid's Chair | Private Beach | Hot Tub

A classic 1939 Maine camp sitting directly on Casco Bay with a private dock, sweeping water views, and a saltwater hot tub, all on a quiet private road. Properties like this don't come around often, and once you're here, you'll understand why. The dock puts you right on the water, with one slip available for guests. Wolf's Neck State Park and Wolf's Neck Farm are a short walk away, and Downtown Freeport.
