Perfectly located for a day trip to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunkport, Freeport, Kittery, Wells Beach, and North Conway, NH outlets. Beautiful views of the lake from each room, w/full kitchen, laundry, 3 TVs. As our guest, you will have access to a private boat launch. In the winter snowmobile, snowshoe, ice skates, or cross-country ski on the frozen lake.

Romantic New England Historic Schoolhouse c1866

Winner of Maine Homes Small Space Design Award 2023 We are located on the private 80-acre Shapleigh Pond in the Southern Maine, an hour from Portland and two hours from Boston. Experience a bygone era in this restored Schoolhouse circa 1866 with many original details such as oversized glass-paned windows, wood plank floors, chalkboards, tin ceiling and more. Modern amenities such as fireplace, private hot tub, fire pit, gas BBQ and access to our pool (June-Sept), pond and tennis court.

The Loon's Nest Cottage

Located only 30 minutes from Portland this adorable and cozy cottage sits 10 feet from Watchic Lake. Listen to the loons all day, paddle to an island, stare at the glassy lake from the breakfast nook, swim forever, read a book in the screened-in porch or toast marshmallows in the firepit, whichever it may be you'll simply enjoy the peace and tranquility of this very private Maine lake house nestled in the woods. If you’re feeling like a hike, a dinner out there are options a plenty!

1BR cozy, luxurious getaway @ Krista's Guesthouse

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Steep Falls Escape, river & falls just steps away

Bright and pleasant 1 bedroom apt with separate entrance, gas fireplace, enclosed porch and large kitchen. Spacious yard to enjoy with pool, fire pit, grill and outdoor seating. Steep Falls is a rural village. Our home is a 5 min walk to the Saco River a favorite destination for canoeing, kayaking or tube floating (after the spring run off!) It is just a 10 min drive to the boat launch for Sebago Lake, one of Maine's largest and most beautiful bodies of water.

The first floor features a spacious living room (with queen sized pull-out-couch), dining area, and small kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Clear clean spring fed lake. 25 minutes to Portland with access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 45 minutes to North Conway New Hampshire. Where you wil find plenty of shopping, restaurants and winter skiing. Property includes use of Main Chalet home year round and two additional cabins each sleeping 4 are available from May-Oct. Great for extended families and friends.

Short drive to the Ogunquit/York beaches, Outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.
