Offering a tranquil retreat along the Bogue Chitto River, this charming cabin features an exceptional riverside setting. An expansive deck extends directly over the water, providing an immersive experience ideal for angling and observing the scenic flow of tubers and kayakers. 30 minutes north of Covington. 10 minutes to: Louisiana River Adventures Bogue Chitto Tubing Lake Isabel Farm White Sands Lake Day Beach This property does not accommodate groups. 2 adults max or family of 4 max.

Ox lot Slough Guesthouse

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Located on the ox lox slough in Bogalusa. This is a one bedroom one bathroom guesthouse. It is located separate from the main house and has its own parking in front of shop pictured as well as private access. Full size bed and pull down futon for sleeping. River access for fishing if you walk down hill behind house, if water is up you will not be able to walk down the hill but can still fish from top of hill if desired. NO FISHING IN PONDS.

Serene Camp Cabin

The Camp Cabin is our smallest retreat situated in a small knoll in a bend of the creek. Reminiscent of a fishing camp, with nicer furnishings of course, you will feel right at home with its full kitchen, bath and single bedroom. There's an 8 x 14 covered front porch and an open 12 x 14 back porch leading down to the creek. It is 400 sq. ft. of living area with a futon in living rm. Designed for up to 4 people this quaint cabin should aspire to couples and our budget minded guests.

The Butterfly Yurt at River Bark

Ready to glamp? Our yurts look out on the pond where wildlife gathers early in the morning and late in the evening. There is a small dock for sitting, and the roofs of each yurt open to let in as much of the outside as you’d like. But if it’s too hot, don’t worry. Each yurt is equipped with electricity and an A/C unit. A composting toilet is steps away, and there is an outdoor shower in the barn down the path. It’s all the conveniences of life combined with the camping experience.

The Hippie Fish

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled right on the edge of the Old River Wildlife Management Area, in Henlyfield, MS, you will have plenty of land to hunt, ride ATV’s or fish on the river (with proper permits/licenses of course!). A public boat launch is less than 5 minutes away which allows access to the Old River( by boat is the best way to fish). If hunting or fishing is not your thing, you can come enjoy the great outdoors or hang out by the fire pit.

Restoration Farmhouse Fishing

Please reach out before booking. An ideal quiet getaway for a couple in rural South Mississippi a short drive from the state line. The newly restored 100 year old farmhouse is situated in the center of the farm with a panoramic view of the animals grazing on the farm from inside the home or the wrap around porch. Smoke and pet free home, please consider this when booking. Maximum 5 guest total on property, the booking includes the people who are confirmed at the booking.
