This private, industrial-chic getaway is perfect for couples or a small family. In an old factory built in 1865, on a quiet street, the 5-unit residential building is now called Walnut Springs. It is 2 blocks to Lititz square, close to rail-to-trail from Lititz to Ephrata, large windows, heart of Amish country and close to Lancaster city. Enjoy park views & comfy charm!

Lititz Family Friendly Apt by the Hammer Creek

We are located in the country along the Hammer Creek about 3 miles northeast of the charming town of Lititz and are approximately 30 minutes from the major Lancaster County attractions. This is a beautiful family friendly home with a private entrance which nicely accommodates four people. The entire apartment is approximately 1100 square feet. The property consists of a large outdoor area by a pond and creek with a picnic area that you are welcome to use. WiFi and a smart TV are provided.

The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The Grey Wolf (studio-style loft suite)

Situated on top of a hill in the beautiful lake area of Lititz, PA, you will enjoy lovely views and quiet privacy. The main house is detached & adjacent to the loft suite. Lititz Suites on Main is the perfect blend of country and chic, located right on Main Street in downtown Lititz! Our suites have airy 10ft ceilings, we’ve kept things cozy with overstuffed chairs and sofa, and a gas fireplace and flat screen TV in our living room. This house has a full size kitchen, stocked with all the items you need! Two bedrooms each with their own TV and bathroom, will make your stay extra comfortable.

Historic 1813 Guest Suite - Downtown Lititz

This historical guest suite is within a house built in 1813, and is just a few blocks from the many shops and restaurants for which Lititz is known. The guest suite has its own entrance. The space consists of a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with corner shower and built in cabinetry, and an efficiency kitchen (mini refrigerator with freezer, sink, counter top area, cabinets, toaster, Keurig, and table for two).

Swallow Cottage Private Suite

While located on a private country spot, we are a walk, bike ride, or short drive to the charming town center of LItitz, Pa. While we welcome well behaved dogs, so long as they are neutered or spayed, we cannot accommodate cats. Please don’t forget to list your dog in your reservation if you are bringing one. Infants are welcome if they are not yet walking. We can provide a pack and play.
