The rental is located approximately one and a half miles SW of Warroad. Just minutes from the Gardens Arena, Lake of the Woods, the Warroad River, and Beltrami Island State Forest. During the winters there are snowmobile trails near the house. It is 16 mi from Beltrami Island State Forest, 26 mi from Hayes Lake State Park, and 29 mi from Zippel Bay.

A beautiful 2 hour drive from Winnipeg and a 33 minute ride from Roseau Minnesota. With Over 300 Acres combined there are many ways to keep yourself busy.Whether biking taking a walk down our trails or enjoying an evening by the fire our cabins are here to help you clear your mind. A foragers dream. If you like fishing we are your middle ground for travel.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment with kitchenette is only 2 miles from the wonderful Lake of the Woods. A private parking area is large enough to accommodate at least two truck/boat rigs. It has a private entry and a separate living area. We are just west of the city of Warroad and walking distance to a bar and grill. You will love the privacy and location! We do live in the home, so please respect the quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, or you may be asked to leave.

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. 9 miles from Lake of the Woods, 12 miles from Beltrami State Forest, direct access to county roads and ATV/UTV trails. There is ONLY 1 BATHROOM, but lots of room to move around. This is a work in progress, but it is very comfortable and quiet. Watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening and gaze at the stars at night!
