We are on the edge of Nth Warrnambool and only 3km to the CBD or 4km to the beach. there is free parking at the property and if you like to walk it's only 15 min or 2 min drive to bakery, bottleshop, supermarkets, Pizza, fish and chips, Thai and laundromat.

The room has a homely and clean feel, but if you like everything luxury, this place may not be ideal for you. En-suite as well as tea and coffee making facilities with a table and chair to sit at and enjoy the views.
