Sitting On The Dock Of The Bay…is our tranquil designer-styled bay house. We believe it is the Central Coast’s best kept secret. At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Lakeside Retreat Coal Point

The home enjoys a commanding position on the Lake. Private access to the water is via stairs to a kayak shed and deck at the waters edge. Or relax on the rear deck of the house with stunning water views. The home oozes style and comfort -a perfect getaway for family and friends within reach of cafes, restaurants, beaches and the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Enjoy fishing, kayaking or just unwind. NB: we only accept guests with 5 star reviews (esp House Rules). No 3rd party bookings or work crews.

Little Sea Sea, Waterfront Beachside Apartment

Wake up to ocean views and a cool sea breeze in this exceptional 2 bedroom waterfront home. Mirroring outside, the interior features a white and blue aesthetic accented by wood textures, plant life and nature inspired patterns throughout every space. Unwind and relax on the covered deck with uninterrupted water views over the bay to the mountains watching beautiful sunsets. Located in a quiet beachside location with shops, cafes, restaurants, Caves beachside hotel all within a 3 minute drive.

On Point

"On Point" is your point for relaxation and tranquility. It is also the perfect stopover en route, as it is handy to the motorway. Your self-contained, fully furnished private studio can accommodate 2 guests on the ground floor of our residence, with separate front access. The studio has a bed/living area, kitchenette and separate ensuite bathroom. Although it is overall small in space, it is a cosy place to hang out. Car parking for 1 car is available at your front door on the property.

Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

Welcome to your private, recently renovated 2 bedroom self contained flat, literally less than a stones throw to the the beautiful shores of Lake Macquarie. From here you can enjoy safe swimming, sailing, skiing and fishing right at your doorstep. Want more?, you can enjoy 4WDs on local beaches and the nearby Watagan Mts with easy rainforest walks and picnic areas. Hunter Valley vineyards are 40 minutes with Newcastle port and its famous surf beaches only 25 minutes, so why aren't you here?

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

If you have an injury or you have limited mobility you will struggle with access

This freshly renovated studio offers a king size bed , private en-suite, lounge-dining and kitchenette with all you need for a getaway on the shores of Lake Macquarie.
