The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.

The Rose’ Retreat is located on the 50 acre grounds of Lambert Vintage Wines in Weston, WV. Taste, tour and explore! Lambert’s Winery is open 9am-5pm Monday-Friday, 11am-5pm on Saturday. Historical cozy cottage built in the mid 1800s conveniently located near the Green Bank Observatory, Snowshoe Mountain Resort, the National Forest and loads of hiking and biking trails. From the back yard, you can access hiking trails which connect to the Observatory's many hiking and biking trails. Cass Scenic Railroad and the Greenbrier River are only 6 miles away.
