Gaze at native bush and hills or watch the boats in the Bay. A wonderful place to chill out in the last of sun. Walking distance to bike tracks, the beach & marina/pub. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close enough to Picton and Waikawa Bay yet far enough away to feel you are a long way from both. Perfect environment for peace and quiet, but also perfect central spot to explore Marlborough. Ample space for children and animals to play. Plenty of parking space, including a boat. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

This is a Self-contained cabin with comfy queen bed, sun-soaked deck off-street parking & just 7 min drive from Picton the gateway to the South Island. Centrally located to explore coastal drives, bush & bike tracks. Just a 5 min walk to the Waikawa beach for a swim, 10min walk to our local pub & 8 min drive to the ferry, perfect for a stopover, please note there’s no cooking facilities.

Our cosy self-contained studio is warm, clean and homely. Ideal for a solo traveller or couples. The Studio is only an 8 minute drive from Picton and the ferry (approx. 4kms), the cafes, restaurants, bars, museum and the gateway to the Queen Charlotte Sounds. Enjoy the many walks, bike tracks and choice of boat cruises on offer from the Picton foreshore, or simply use our place as a convenient ferry stopover. Blenheim is only a 35 min drive if you want to explore further afield.

Absolute WATERFRONT! Our very unique, semi self-contained, downstairs guest suite is beachfront in the picturesque Marlborough Sounds. Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. The BBQ is located in a covered area at the entrance to the apartment. It has 2 hotplates and a burner on which a pot or frying pan can be used. All pots and cooking utensils are provided.
