There is 1 cabin with bedroom ,1 cabin with kitchenette and couch and 1 cabin with toilet and shower...Private, next to bush and stream with view of the mountain..There is lots of outdoor space to relax in..with outdoor fireplace...the sound of running water..bush... close to rail trail..and bush walks, in the heart of gold mining history. lf you like peace and nature you will be happy here. Grab a bean bag and a book,sit in the bush or on the bush edge and allow nature to nurse you and relax.

The Guesthouse in our front yard is down a 'right of way' (perfect for stargazing) & is 30 m's from our house. Seaforth Lodge - Marlin Room

Seaforth Lodge provides great accommodation a minutes walk from the beach. Lie in bed, see and hear the waves or grab your board and head out for an early morning dip in the ocean. Own entrance, ensuite, fast Wifi, plenty of off street parking. Linen, towels, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, microwave and crockery provided. 2 rooms with adjoining doors, great for a friends getaway. Not suitable for small children. The Dome Waikino: privacy in nature

Beautiful sunsets and star-filled nights, close to the Karangahake Gorge and the nearby towns of Waihi, Paeroa, and Waihi Beach. The North End Studio

The North End Studio is a purpose built studio unit, with a separate entrance along a private boardwalk. Well thought out and with some homely touches it has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The kitchenette is equipped with a 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave, grill press and BBQ, perfect for self catering. The studio has extensive wrap around decking for al fresco dining, surrounded by beautiful native gardens, perfect for that relaxing afternoon drink.

You're spoilt for choice with excellent dining options 10-20 minutes away and Waihi Beach just a 25-minute drive, indulge in relaxation. Explore Karangahake Gorge walkways 5 minutes down the road. Return to bask in peaceful ambiance, whether in the outdoor bath, on the deck, by the fire, or stargazing from the hammock. Enjoy river swimming and hiking right from the property or just relax on the deck and enjoy the beauty of the valley. 5 minute drive to the Hauraki Rail Trail and the award-winning Falls Retreat restaurant. 10 minutes drive into the heart of the Karangahake Gorge and Waihi and 15 minutes through to Paeroa or out to Waihi Beach.

Cabin in the Woods

Sweet little cabin in the woods that we promise is definitely not the start of a B-grade horror flick (unless you're not great with the odd bug and some low-fi living) A bit of a glamping experience - we use solar lights and a camp stove, but there is some pretty great luxury features. Theres now a wee outdoor patio area, extra comfy couches and the valleys finest loft-based chillzone that takes advantage of the awesome views of the surrounding hills.
