Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. There is also similar beach Kukinca and a sand beach that it is great for kids and families, both 5-minute drive away. Along with regular one by the coast in other part of the village - Vrsi Mulo, with bars and restaurants on the waterfront. House is ideal for families or groups of friends.
