Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

A dedicated parking space is available on the property A 10 min drive to stunning Cornish beaches and the coastal path 10 min to Portreath Harbour and beach is the starting point for the the`Atlantic highway` leading to the golden mile of beaches at Godrevey and Gwithian. The coastal path offers walks and stunning view points along the way. Falmouth, Penzance and Newquay are easy drives from the cottage.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Our Beautiful shepherds Hut is set within the grounds of our home, A 10 minute walk from Tehidy woods. Close to portreath beach (2 Miles) and a 10-20 minute drive to Hayle, St Ives and many other sandy beaches. Explore the coastal paths, spectacular nature and Lighthouse at Godrevy or simply dine al fresco on the decking . "Lowena" has a king sized bed, and a well equipped kitchen including a 2 ring electric hob, microwave, and a fridge . A Tranquil getaway with all the home comforts .

Enjoy a stay in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. This quaint 2 bedroom apartment is located in Illogan, a central place perfect for exploring, and close enough to the beach to walk there. There are shops and a pub close by and the beach is a 30 minute walk through beautiful woodland, or 15 minutes on the bus, which stops right outside the house, meaning you can enjoy a Cornish pint on the beach in the sunshine without worrying about driving.
