Il Grottino

Il "grottino" (NL-00003565) è una piccola casa indipendente composta da due locali: al piano terreno la zona giorno con una piccola cucina e un bagno con box doccia, al primo piano la zona notte con un letto matrimoniale. Può ospitare solo due adulti, è disponibile un posto auto privato a pochi metri. Non c'è la televisione. Zona tranquilla e soleggiata, immerso nel verde con ampio giardino per gli ospiti. Distante 16 km dal lago di Lugano, 12 km da Bellinzona e 25 km da Locarno.

Casa Müsu, grazioso rustico in Val Verzasca

Casa Müsu è un grazioso piccolo rustico completamente rinnovato. Si trova ai piedi del pizzo Vogorno, a metà strada tra Locarno e le pozze della Verzasca a Lavertezzo e Brione. La prima camera è al secondo piano del corpo principale: ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda è a dieci metri da Casa Müsu: vi si accede con una scala esterna coperta e ha un letto matrimoniale (come in foto) o due letti singoli. Si può aggiungere un terzo lettino. Casa Müsu ha un posto auto privato.

Casa Capinera

Das Casa Capinera ist ein altes aus dem 1900 Jahrhundert originales Tessinerhaus. Im Verlaufe der Jahre wurde das Haus etwas erweitert und in zwei Parteien umgebaut. Die zweite Haushälfte wird ausschließlich privat genutzt und nicht vermietet. Il rustico è stato ricavato dalla ristrutturazione di una vecchia stalla. Tutti i mobili che compongono l'arredamento dell'abitazione sono stati costruiti artigianalmente in legno massiccio dall'host. La casa è dotata di un impianto fotovoltaico rendendola a basso impatto ambientale. Il rustico si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e soleggiata.

Unsere Atelierwohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Tenero im Erdgeschoss eines neu erbauten Hauses. Ruhige Lage, da keine Durchgangsstrasse in der Nähe ist.
